My name is Craig Seals and I am the owner operator Gold Country Home Inspections (GCHI). GCHI draws upon more than 30 years of my pr​ofessional experience in inspection, construction, installation, building and repair. For over 15 years, I ran and operated my own HVAC contractor business in the Bay Area. I am certified with the International Association of Certified of Home Inspectors and have taken all training.

I believe in modern equipment to meet today's standards of offering prompt and dependable service.

I have been incredibly blessed, to call Gold Country my home. I bought our first house in Pine Mountain Lake as a vacation home over 10 years ago.  We would come every weekend to escape and relax. I found the mountain air and beautiful scenery a great way to recharge my batteries before going back to work. I soon realized that the region had so much to offer and I moved here fulltime.
